When using the item, buffs the user for 4 minutes;
Str + 30
Adds a 15% chance of increasing short-ranged damage by 200%.
If the user is Rune Knight , increases short-ranged damage on targets by 250%. (Effect is reduced to 125% in WoE and PvP areas).
Adds a chance of damaging the user's weapon when performing a short-ranged attack.
(Rhydo Runestone does not benefit from the 250% damage bonus).
